Ingredients:

Pork Belly, Lemon Grass, Cebuchon Marinade Mix (Garlic, Lemon Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper Spices)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300F.

2. Wipe off spices from skin of the Pork Belly using a moist paper towel.

3. In a tray with a wire rack on top, place Pork Belly in the center.

4. Position tray in the center of the top rack of the preheated oven.

5. Cook for 3 1/2 hours at 300F.

6. Adjust oven temperature to 400F and cook for additional 30 minutes.

7. Remove from oven, air dry for 15 to 30 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
