Delicious and arrive cold

The box arrived still a bit coldness. The Dinuguan still smell good. This is how I preferred for dinuguan, some meat and pig intestines/ "laman loob". This is my 2nd time ordering.

I got no response. I received them smelly. And unfrozen, chorizo and hotdogs went bad.
