Did not receive product at all

So why I received this review? I am asking because I did not receive anything from you guys at all?, I placed that order way back, and untill now I didn't receive anything. Last time I talked to you guys you said sorry we sent your package to someone else. You asked me if I want my money back I said no I will wait for my package as soon as stock comes in. But nothing really, I don't check my bank account but now I need to see if you guys charge me with 200 plus dollars of products I don't even have.
Sorry for the comment, but please make it right.
