General refund/return policy
If you received an item that was damaged, expired, defective, or different from what you ordered, please initiate a return by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Please include a picture of the defective, damaged, expired, or wrong item in the body of the email. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once the return is approved, we will send a replacement or a refund within 3 business days.
